Auctioneer Express Auction
In accordance with Sections 263.151 through 263.158, inclusive, of Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated Local Government Code, the County of Marion, State of Texas, hereby gives public notice of its intent to conduct an on-line auction thru Auctioneer Express to sell surplus items consisting of the following: 2004 Ford Crown Victoria, 2010 Ford F150 Supercab, 2014 Dodge Charger, 2018 Dodge Charger, 2015 F250, 2004 Chevrolet Dump Truck, 2005 Ford Dump Truck, 1996, Ford Tractor 3930 CA6P4C, Rhino 272 Mower, New Holland Tractor EA514C Versa
All sales shall be finalized on an “as is, where is” basis and no warranties, either expressed or implied, shall be applicable to any property sold. The county reserves the right to withhold any item from sale and the Commissioners Court or its designated representative conducting the sale may reject any offer to purchase property if the Court or representative finds the rejection to be in the best interest of the county.

Kellyville Community Center Building Improvements
Sealed bid proposals addressed to Honorable Judge Leward LaFleur, County Judge, Marion County,
Texas, 102 West Austin Street, Room 205, Jefferson, Texas 75657, will be received until 2:00pm
Monday, December 16, 2024 for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision
necessary for construction of Kellyville Community Center - Building Improvements (130 Kelly Park Rd.,
Jefferson, Texas) in accordance with the Plans and specifications on file at Wood Engineering Company,
Inc. At the time stated, bids will be opened and publicly announced in said room 205 and retained for
formal Bid Tabulation.
Plans and specifications may be examined without charge or obtained for a purchase price of $85.00 per
set at the office of Wood Engineering Company, Inc., 1616 Judson Road Suite 6-L, Longview, Texas,
